New Homes Announced at The Vistas
Robertson Ranch in northeast Carlsbad, a master planned community, continues to make progress and the first round of new homes at The Vistas Collection has been announced.
There's not much to see yet, but there will be soon!
The Vistas Collection at Robertson Ranch offers 5 floor plans, including a single story model (hard to find in new construction these days) which range in size from the single story model at 2165 SF up to 3655 SF.
The Robertson Ranch homes at The Vistas will have from 3 to 5 bedrooms, with 3 ½ to 5 ½ bathrooms. All Vistas models have 2 car garages, and depending on the plan may include a courtyard or outdoor room, perfect for enjoying our Southern California lifestyle.
The first of the new homes at The Vistas at Robertson Ranch are being built adjacent to the new Carlsbad fire station by The Foothills, another collection of new home communities built in the last 5 years.
Pricing for TheVistas has not yet been released but is anticipated to be in the mid $700s to mid $900s, with the first phase of The Vistas homes anticipated to be available sometime this Fall 2015.
