South Riding Mid Week Update 8/22/2015 - 8/25/2015

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 54 homes for sale. 3 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homes received a contract; 2 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes. 0 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes,  and 1 traditional sale detached homes.  There are 0 homes coming soon.   I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
