On August 24, 2015, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that pending home sales Index (PHSI) gained 1.6% to 122.3 in July of 2015 from 120.4 in June of 2015, and rose 17.0% from Index of 104.5 in July 2014 on an annual basis based on signed contracts.
Non distressed property sales were 93.0% of all sales in July of 2015 higher from 92.4% in June of 2015, and increased from 90.2% in July of 2014. Distressed property sales were 7.0% of all sales in July of 2015 down from 7.6% in June of 2015, and fell from 9.8% in July of 2014.
