Poinciana now have a new 12-complex business center which is located on 103 plus acres and the first phase of the project which consist of over 57,000 building which has showroom, office, warehouse space is now - space.  This is a welcome news for many of Poinciana Residents who previously had to travel either to downtown Kissimmee, Orlando or other places to do their shopping dining.  This is one thing that many do not mind having in their back yard. Stores, stores and more stores!!!
