1 Comments on Hood River Blossom Festival April 19-20 2008

While on vacation from England we happened upon the "craft fair" in the High School in ODELL, and  had a thoroughly splendid time talking with many folk, who made us feel very welcome, buying no end of souvenirs and gifts.

During our visit we looked at the display of quilts and bed coverings, marveling at the skill and patience it must have taken to produce such beautiful objects, I have many photos to remind me of the whole event, but we did enter the competition to select our three favorite designs that would be made up into a quilt that eventualy be sold at a fund raising auction later in the year.

I am curious to know what the winning designs were, is there any way this information can be made available? that I can access via the internet.

Doubt if we will be back in Oregon for the foreseeable future. keith.h.vaughan@fsmail.net
