Adam, it will be interesting to see what they do sell for. $475,000 pretty good- but, not a bargain. However, I do not know the market there, maybe it is a great price?

You are right Rick at $475K that is no bargain for what you are getting. High traffic area, $350 HOA monthly fees, electric cars that you can't go anywhere with (except the side streets).
