If I were a great prognosticator I would be blogging about my rich upper crust life style, rather than real estate. So when I make predictions keep that in mind.
However, I have said that this market is hot and will continue up for some time. Here are two major indicators:
1) When the stock market took it's recent dip interest rates went down. My feeling has been that the market is in a bubble and when the money comes out of the market it will go into bonds, lowering interest rates.
I also think that soon investors will get out of the market and may well put their money into Real Estate.
2) The Wall Street Journal Agrees with Me!
