Professional Looking Posts
Mixed typeface sizes?
Here's the cure ...
When I spend time thinking about what to write and laying out my posts, I DO NOT WANT THEM to look stupid when they go online.
Thanks to DAVID WIGGS in AR Support - PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!
This is what my post looked like:
"Here we are at Atlanta Homes ODAT Realty, late afternoon and ready to submit a Counteroffer to the Buyer's agent. Seems simple - right?
But no, it wasn't simple. We were in Buckhead Atlanta and yet Back in the Real Estate Dark Ages! Here's the comic tale -- eSign from our FMLS didn't work. The first time I went through ALL the steps and the message on the screen said "Didn't Load. Try again." , I thought I must have made a mistake.
Second time, a bit more slowly, I went through ALL the steps again. Still eSign would not upload the scan of the Counteroffer to Unaccepted Original Offer. All I could get was the message on the screen which said "Didn't Load. Try again."
THIRD TIME - well - same story and also my last attempt to use the FMLS-offered eSign program for electronic signature today.
Switched to trying to FAX. Call the Seller and ask if she can receive a fax of the Counteroffer to Unaccepted Original Offer so she may sign it, scan it and send it back to me. She said she couldn't remember the last time she even used a fax but she'd turn the machine on for me."
AND SO ON -----
Then I sent a request to support@activerain.com to find out how to fix it.
David Wiggs wrote back and explained:
"Right beside the spell check button in editing, there is a button called "clear formatting". [It looks like Tx.]
If you highlight the text you want to normalize, then click that, you can reformat!
Hope that helps - David"
WORKED LIKE A CHARM! Thanks David Wiggs !
You can see the difference when you visit the post itself and all the sizes are as wanted! Back to the RE Dark Ages: Driving to Meet Client & Get Contract Signed
Now my posts will look professional and be CLIENT MAGNETS !!!! LOL
Have a successful day -
Lynn
