Who remembers Po-Dunk? I may have blogged about this little car lot before. The man who ran it, Vernon Duncan, was a hard-working man who built the car lot up year by year. In this picture the house that was beside it still stood and was occupied by the Person family. This picture came from an old high school yearbook. Here is another one of an old car lot. It was in downtown Searcy. Capps Motor Company on Spring Street.
And how about one more car lot. It was on West Pleasure Street in Searcy AR. The house shown in this one recently burned so if you do a drive-by it will be missing.
