Are you stressed?

Is your customer/client stressed?

Is stress affecting you as an agent?

Is your customer/client stressing you?

So you go work out everyday to reduce stress?

Are you a bar fly?

How many hour's a day are you working for your customers?

How many hour's a day are you spending marketing?

What type of marketing are you doing?  Are you out there talking to people, or are you talking to people on line? If you talk on line, how many times are these good leads.

Do you thing that if you meet someone in person and you connect with those people that it leads to a relationship and more lead's than to talk to someone via email.

Are you stressed out about finding lead's?  Where do you think they come from? Are they better when you meet them face to face? or does it work via AR, Point2Agent, Craig's list or other's?

How do you feel?

Are you stressed?  Where is YOUR BEST SOURCE OF LEADS? Please share!

I think some people are always Stressed!  Some people actually do a better job when they are stressed since they have a dead line.

I think that face to face in the best tool but there are a lot of other ways to market as well.

Yes, I am stressed.
Yes, my clients are stressed.
Yes, my clients stress me.

Yes I work out, yes,yes ,yes.

Anyway, my best source of leads is everyday living.  I meet people everywhere I go.  They love to tell me there plans for moving.

If I had a couch, I could be a psychiatrist!

Good luck, good post.

I find it hard finding my own time.  Meaning your time isn't really your time.

Am I stressed???  Let me see.  I am a single mom supporting 2 boys under the age of 12.  We are only in the month of April, and I have refinanced my home, had knee surgery in February, and just got out of the hospital again yesterday with having surgery on my rotator cuff.. left shoulder.  Now I still have to take care of the house, my sons, and work.  Hmmm.  Am I stressed???  Oh, did I also mention that I am taking care of my sisters dog while she is in Iraq?

The best leads I have ever gotten are referrals from clients.

Karen now that the weather is nice,I am out more passing out my business cards trying to drum up some good leads. Craigslist and Point2Agent don't seem to be doing anything for me right now. So now I am just walking up to people dressed in my suit and give them my business cards letting them know that it is still a buyers market and interest rates are still near historic lows.

Dont get stressed out even though this market is BEYOND FRUSTRATING. IT IS DEFINITELY BEYOND FRUSTRATING. But I am going to start targeting expired listings now. Seems like everybody has a. Just brought a home or b. They are already working with a real estate agent. Great post.

Stress defined:  The confusion created when ones mind overrides the bodys' basic and overwhelming desire to choke the living %#&$* out of some %#$&+* who desperately deserves it.

Seriously- I find that if you are well trained, knowledgable and active in your field that your stress will be reduced...It also helps if you're self-employed or have the "power" to make real change without jumping through hoops...that is very liberating.

Stress is leaving, buyers are coming....The Internet is 100% of my buyer leads and 50% of my listing leads.  My marketing time is spent on my P2A website and Blog (40%), my other websites (20%) and Active Rain (40%).  AR is just beginning to pay off, but the synergy of all three efforts is beginning to pay off big.

I am somewhat stressed. I normally have a ton of Buyer's but they are scarce even though now is a great time for them to buy. I have listings and should have 3 more this week but they do not seem to be moving. I am just working to educate everyone I know that now is the best time to buy with the great rates and prices. Point2Agent and Craigslist do not ever work for me so I upgraded to a new website thru superlatives and it is only $30 a month and looks fantastic hopefully, it will bring me more leads.

You are a hoot, Karen. Are you a bar fly?

Depends upon your definition of (a) bar and (b) fly.

Valerie, Do all the stretches and everything they tell you to do even though it hurts like heck. I had rotator cuff surgery in 2004 and just had to have arthoscopic subacromial decompression with clavicle resection and bicep tendenitis surgery on the same shoulder back in November and I am still in therapy!!! I did my therapy in 2004 too but evidently the rotator cuff wasn't the only problem. I feel for ya g/f!! Just don't let it freeze up, I hear that's h*ll. GOOD LUCK :-)

Stress should have been the name of what we really do.  We handle stress.   I also think that as part of getting a real estate license you should have to take classes on how to handle stress, How to help your buyers through the stress and a little Physcology.
