Kim Bregman - Well done. With so much money changing hands buyers need to have experienced and competent counsel.

Thank you, as an Exclusive Buyer Agent I always recommend strongly in Buyers retaining an attorney to represent them in a transaction.  I am a broker in both North Carolina, where using an attorney is mandated and Florida, a title theory state, where the buyer can elect to use the Title Company that the seller has selected....not the best option in my opinion.

Kim Bregman,  Our company has an attorney that we use but most of our closings are done at our title company.

We are an abstracting state and the abstract goes to the attorney for them to read it to make sure that the seller has good and marketable title.  Title insurance is based upon that rendered opinion.
