Le Grand Caillou an excellent Savignon Blanc at a very reasonable price!

This post is for our friend Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert an inexpensive but very drinkable Savignon Blanc which comes from the same region as as the famous wine she posted a few days ago:))) We had a nice conversation and thought I share with you about this great find.

I thought of you on Thursday Alex ( my son and I) were at Ferrari Carrano and I love their Sav Blanc and I was asking the guy what was the difference in the one for club members only and the one Fume Blanc you find everywhere, he said aged in steel barrels versus French oak. So I am going to have to find your and see. I wonder what the difference is between Sancerre and your sav blanc I will try it thanks for the heads up. I did not mean to write a book!
