Home sales in Sedona continue to climb and the list prices of homes continue to rise and don’t expect things to slow down anytime soon, particularly in Yavapai County. Don’t wait on the sidelines for too long, listings are starting to sell within a few days of hitting the market, especially those priced to sell.
