Here are a few Real Estate tidbits from Tooele UT last week, via Berna Sloan, the super agent and one of the owners @ Group1. Real Estate. 

Tooele is so close to Salt Lake, and good  value so pronounced, that I thought I would post interesting stuff from the website every once in awhile in case you wanted to take a short drive to explore a rural lifestyle, needed to finance 100% of your home mortgage  and save some money on your next home purchase. 

Many of our clients tell us that the drive from Tooele to downtown SLC is shorter in time than from some places in the South Valley. IE: Riverton UT, Herriman Utah.

Last week Berna wrote about a couple of listings in Stansbury Park that had basements finished with mother in law apartment. She wrote about those. She also opined about why you should have an agent, and what she could do to help you buy a home.
