Ham Bone Soup

This is a great recipe that my sister gave to me.

1 Ham bone (can be frozen)

2 Can of crushed tomatoes

1 Can tomato sauce

1 Onion

1 Cup sliced/cubed potatoes

1 Cup sliced/cubed carrots

1 Cup Corn

1 Cup Lima Beans

1 Cup Okra (optional)

Put ham bone in a large pot with 2 cups of water.  Add tomatoes and sauce. Chop onion and add to pot. Sale and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and then simmer for two (2) hours.

Add Veggies and cook until veggies are tender.

Enjoy!!!!
