On August 18, 2015, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported an annualized rate of 449,530 single family homes sold in California in July of 2015 higher 2.7% from 437,680 in June of 2015, and jumped 12.7% from 398,980 units in July of 2014. While, homes values lost 0.3% to the price of $488,260 in July of 2015 from price $489,640 in June of 2015, but increased 5.40% from price of $463,330 in June of 2014 in California. Median square foot of single family home was $228 in July 2015, up from June of 2015, and rose from $220 July of 2014 in California.
There were 3.3 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in July of 2015, same as from 3.3 months in June of 2015, but dropped from 3.8 months in July of 2014. An average it took 35.1 days to sell a single family home in July 2015, higher from 33.4 days in June of 2015, but decreased from 35.9 days in July of 2014 in California.
