Hannah - interestingly, though we all say that real estate is local, what happens to condos in your area is very similar to what happens to our condos here in Daytona. We are not there yet, but we are slowly inching up :)

Now the baby boomers are back .The young professionals seem to like them also . The condos seem to sell faster then the single family homes . In answer to your question .Yes RE is funny but I just think condo living is more attractive now . Plus banks have eased up on the lending

Rebecca Gaujot, the GO TO REALTOR I was busy and moved myself then thought I was exhausted until I realized I was sick and ended up with a fever and in bed for over 2 weeks sleeping & sleeping but no Prince Charming just nasty coop agent and I finally had to drag myself back to the real world .
