Walleye Fillets Recipe, New Hampshire and Vermont

Welcome to Baker Home Inspection Blog!

Walleye fillets

Butter

1 can stewwd tomatoes

Double over a sheet of aluminum foil.

Place the fillets on to the foil, under each of the fillet place one tablespoon of butter. Now spoon tomatoes over the fillets.

Make a tent out of the foil and crimp the edges to secure and seal the foil around the fillets. Place the foil on to the grill or coals of your campfire.

Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until they are done.

Unwrap the foil so not to let any of the juices escape. Place some fresh bread slices on a plate. Scoop the melted buttet, tomatoes and fish onto the bread.

Home- fried potatoes go very fine with this recipe.

Have a good one Dale

Now Dale, how can you justify a recipe that calls for someone to fillet Wally?  That's the Beaver's brother!  Oh, wait a minute...walleye...Never mind.

Sounds tasty!

Dale - I very simple recipe but I can tell it would be rather tasty especially if you added scotch bonnet pepper.
