Lombard Market Trends for August 2015
Lombard home sales for the month of August rose in volume by 34.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 3.6% from $208,750 to $216,250. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 61.8%, while the median sale price decreased by 1.1% from $247,750 to $245,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 4.2%, while the median sale price rose by 20.4% from $157,750 to $189,900.
