Woodridge Market Trends for August 2015
Woodridge home sales for the month of August rose in volume by 12.8% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 7.8% from $236,500 to $255,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 18.5%, while the median sale price decreased by 8.9% from $325,000 to $296,000. Condo/townhome sales stayed the same, while the median sale price rose by 31.1% from $92,000 to $120,625.
