Woodstock Market Trends for August 2015
Woodstock home sales for the month of August stayed the same in volume when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 3.5% from $150,000 to $155,250. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 12.9%, while the median sale price rose by 4.5% from $167,500 to $175,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 44.4%, while the median sale price rose by 13.3% from $86,500 to $98,000.
