Western Springs Market Trends for August 2015
Western Springs home sales for the month of August rose in volume by 35.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 8.6% from $640,000 to $585,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 13.3%, while the median sale price rose by 4.2% from $650,000 to $677,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 200%, while the median sale price rose by 62.7% from $279,500 to $454,663.
