Republican or Democrat!! Who will Provide the Quickest Turnaround?

Fellow realtors, I was reluctant to attempt this topic but I think we all really need to be voicing our thots on this very issue because it is real for our businesses to survive. One sad fact is that I am not eligible to vote. On the one hand, I am happy becauae it would be a tough choice given the candidates out there and on the other, I would probably not vote because it seems all three have varying agendas.

With all that said, what are your thots?

I don't think any of them have all the answers. Is none of the above an option?

I am not very excited about making my way to the polls this year and I feel that I will be voting for the lesser of the evils.  However, I feel that your vote is your voice.

Having said that, I don't feel much is going to change until someone does something about the rising gas prices and our dependance on oil.  The increased cost of fuel is causing and will continue to cause the rise in prices of everything else.

Y'know Shawn, as the campaigns started, Hillary seemed to be hitting all the right notes but when she continued to switch to an "attack" strategy, I started to question her motives for the election. One thing is for sure, whoever gets in has a lot of clean up to do and I know it will take longer than 4 years to fix all the wrongs that have been made to date.

Thanks for your feedback.

I hear you Laura. Do you actually know that the US pays the lowest in gas prices? I kow this is not what you want to hear but for the longest time, most of Europe, especially England where I came from has been paying high gas prices for ever. The major difference however is that there are fewer distances to travel to normal areas, the transportation system is fantastic so you don't have to depend on your car and the car is more of a convenience than a liability. There are very few places in the US where your car is not a necessity and that is such a big difference.
