I'm really thrilled about all the great content we covered, but the true magic came at the end of the call! Mike and I spent about 10 minutes brainstorming specifically about how realtors can use video in creative ways to enhance their listings. We're not just talking about pointing the camera at the living room and narrating the colors of the walls... We're talking about innovative, creative uses of the Flip Video camcorder that will truly differentiate yourself from everybody else.

There was also some great examples that Mike relayed of how professionals from other industries use blogging to kick the pants off the competition. You have to hear the story about Mike's friend, the exterminator and his blogs "Yucky Nasty Bug Facts" and "Possum Skinnin Secrets".
