Am I Early Or Am I Late? Wordless Wednesday

Look who bloomed yesterday.

lilly

I can truly say that this Easter Lilly has been Resurrected. When we purchased it for Easter it was over watered and all the blossoms died off before Easter. I decided to take it out of the waterlogged pot and put it in the garden (not expecting it to come to anything). Here it is, truly resurrected.

They are Risen! Hallelujah! I'm not a good gardner so those Lilly's would have had no chance of surviving with me.

Good Wednesday morning Bob "RealMan" Timm -

Debbie has an Easter Lilly that blooms most of the year and a very confused Christmas Cactus that blooms year round.  Enjoy the beauty and don't question it :)

Nicole Doty - Gilbert Real Estate Expert it died under my care in the house but when I put it in God's hands he made it a thing of beauty.

Right on John McCormack I have yet to try raising a Christmas Cactus but have always admired them. How cool that Debbie's blooms all year around.

Bob "RealMan" Timm  simply beautiful, Bob. I've had this issue with Christmas cactuses that don't bloom at Christmas and suddenly break out in flowers at Easter!

I love lillies.  They keep their bloom much longer than most plants.

Belinda Spillman I'm sure glad I didn't just toss it even though it looked dead.

Nina Hollander from your response and John McCormack the Christmas Cactus sounds like a misnamed or confused plant. I better get one, it will fit my personality well.

The Easter Lillies are a little early . . . . But they are looking good.

Good luck and success.

Plants have been doing the craziest things this year.  My neighbor has several Pink Lady lilies in full bloom across the street.   They usually bloom in spring.

Bob "RealMan" Timm ~ good morning, Bob... I know lots of people who have those Christmas cacti that bloom when they should. Why mine never did I have no idea, but then I admit to having a brown, not a green thumb!

They look GREAT Lou Ludwig , thanks for stopping by.

In this case Patricia Kennedy they are doing better due to lack of my attention.

Myrl Jeffcoat I'd love to see those Pink Lady lilies as I'm not sure what they are.

Good morning Nina Hollander , I had hoped to respond earlier but my internet provider is down and it took me this long to activating my hot spot. A brown thumb is better than a black one... I think.

I thought it was a bit odd too Grant Schneider but it was very joyful to see.

Thanks Mike Frazier I will have to ponder that thought.
