Prelog’s is a delightful creek-side restaurant known for its European cuisine. The location is kind of hidden and has a great patio with shades and fans making it totally comfortable even in the heat of the summer. The general air of the restaurant is relaxing where the servers and staff don’t stop, while at the same time are not rushing you through each course. Take the time you need to savor your drink and food and enjoy your evening. How about starting off the evening with some Anti Pasti – prosciutto and olives with vegetable and cheese? The Gazpacho is also amazing – you will be presented first with the vegetables in a bowl, then the soup is poured on top...very refreshing. For your main course, try Time For A Smoke – brisket, tomato, corn and eggplant or how about the Trout with bacon bacon, lemon, parsley and fingerling potatoes. For dessert there’s Schwarzwald – chocolate mousse with cherry sorbet and Kirsch foam or something very interesting called Banana & Hefeweizen with parsnip, cilantro and yogurt. If you are the kind of diner that likes to hurry through the evening, rush through your meal, grab your check and go, this is not the place for you. If you’d like to try some European style with good food, relax and try something new then you need to try Prelog’s. And, at Prelog’s if you enjoy brunch, Chef Flo calls his Sunday Brunch “Passion on a Plate” with all your classics as well as wonderful desserts made by pastry chef Michael. There is also a tasting A La Carte brunch on Saturdays.
