The open house we had last weekend was brisk at 12760 Quarterhorse Lane in Westridge. The home has just been on the market a few days and activity was outstanding. People came from Springfield, Delray, Arlington, Stafford and Lake Ridge Virginia to see this home.

Average days on market is around 40 Days!
The average sold price for Luxury Homes in Westridge are $573,000. Depending on lot and updates homes can top out at $700,000 on average. Westridge has an custom home section as well up off Tilney Ct where all the acreage homes are. There is one listing currently in the acreage section and it is priced low at $599,900
The smaller single family homes built by Foster Brothers and Sorenson are averaging around $439,900.

As you can see inventory is LOW if you want to move to
the Westridge community.
You may be asking why is that.It is because of all the amenities Westridge has to offer in such a close proximity to the homes. The trails, the two pools, the very nice club house that can be rented out for parties and the Community Elementary School.
Just to give you an idea. Currently there are more than 52 townhomes For Sale in the Lake Ridge area ranging in age from the mid seventies up to the mid eighties. Westridge homes were built in the late eighties and early nineties. So they have features such as high ceilings, luxury baths, garages and center island kitchens. Plus Westridge is a heavily treed community with beautiful lots.
