Fullerton Ca:  Using your VA Loan to purchase can be easy if you have an experienced Realtor and Lender that participates in the VA loan program.  Since not all condominium or town home are can be frustrating if you do not have the right guidance. You could see a property on the Internet that looks perfect for you then to only find out that you can't use your VA loan to purchase. If you choose Randy Tovar and Tina Maraj-Tovar to be your Realtors you will not have to go through disappointments.

We have access to The United States Department of Veterans Affairs list of approved Condos and Townhomes. Most real estate agents do not go the extra mile to check the list to see if their listing is in an approved community so we don't rely on the information on the MLS. We will then provide you a list of hand picked properties that we know are approved.

Veterans Loan Program

When you find the property you want to purchase we are knowledgeable on the additional paperwork that the VA requires and the additional closing costs that the home sellers may need to pay. Also we do our best so that our Veteran gets the best deal and lowest costs to pay!

We work closely with Cathy Ekvall-Ward from Wells Fargo Bank,  a seasoned loan professional for over 30 years. She can get you approved for your VA Loan very quickly. To start the loan process be sure you have your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and some of your current financial documents.
