What you will need:
- Current Wisconsin driver’s license or State ID with your current address.
2. If you don’t have a WI driver’s license or State ID, then bring along one of the following: a copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, pay check; or a government document that shows your name and current address.
Remember you must have been a resident of your current city, town or village for at least 30 days.
