This was a statement spoken to me over the phone the other day. If you need positive change in your life, you need to practice becoming more aware of your inner perspectives and exterior influences. This may include your own practice of self-love, daily interactions with others, thought patterns, physical and emotional environment that supports you, spoken words, and spiritual routines that help "center you" during stressful situations and events. In Feng Shui this life section is known as self-cultivation or Knowledge.
Once you are aware, you can then take action and begin developing and implementing ideas and possible solutions. This act alone is very empowering because you no longer feel like a victim. To develop more awareness and stronger problem solving skills, Feng Shui suggests you tap into your helpful people resources.
Ask for help from an enlightened person (s) who can help guide you through these transformations. This could include a family member, a friend or another modality of healing. If your life is not going right, it's time to change the program. Period.
