Anything that is 'Rome Way' has to be unique!
That is true of anything Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland does which includes shortest listing appointment questionnaire, open houses and scheduling, as mentioned in this re-post.

Scheduling The Rome Way
At yesterday's Baltimore's MeetUp we were discussing scheduling like the airlines.. also known as overbooking.
This is a practice designed to fill the empty seats that no-show passengers leave behind. It usually works out and only a small percentage have to be compensated.
I have been known to overbook.
How do you plan for a lunch when you are not sure who is coming ? It's not that big of a deal. Some would be too frustrated trying to figure out how many people would show up.
The big table at Ginza's holds 20. We usually have a dozen or more Rainers's show up.
Usually I call and invite a few members and remind a few others. We were getting to the maximum amount and I wanted to give the restaurant a head count. Sure we could have gotten another table.
At one time we had a count of 25. Then a few canceled , few checked in late, two just didn't show up, another text-ed right before the lunch and another showed up as a surprise. It worked out great. A total of 19 and we had a great time.

Today was another example. I had an 8:15am appointment right after the gym..no problem since I was already out.
I also had an 11:30 and a 1:30 at the same property. I knew there was another agent who wanted to see this house so I called and shared the time I was available.
Appreciative, she agreed to come between 12 and 1. The 1:30 canceled and the 11:30 agent came to the property but was stood up by his client. The last impromptu showing was a delight and there seems to be serious interest in the house.
I could have been upset by the cancellation and the no show but remember I don't do upset.
I also had a 4:30 appointment which I moved up to 1:30 but always ask them to call half hour prior to leaving just to make sure I am running on time. That call came in and I made it 1/2 hour later.
That was a good use of time today and what I call
