Dick that is a very strong sellers market with 100.3% list to sale price. With only 29 homes on the market in zip code 80620 and 46 waiting to close....buyers would be very wise to call you to help them find and buy a home.

Hi Dick --- I had to look twice --- a home sale for $26K --- I'm guessing it was a real fixer.   Zip Code 80620 appears to have some very affordable real estate and smart buyers and sellers will call on you to make sure their Greeley and Evans real estate transaction is a smooth and successful one.
