How often do we hear sellers, instead of fixing or replacing something say, “we’ll let the buyers choose what they want and they can do it.”

Sellers, every time a buyer has to make a choice, there is a chance they will make the wrong choice.

What you see as easy, the buyer sees as something they don’t have the skill, time or money to do.

What you haven’t done because it would take a Saturday or two, a young wife sees as something that will never get changed and that she will have to live with.

Every house that we show to buyers and they don’t make an offer, is because the buyer had to make a choice about one or more things they saw, and they made the wrong choice for you, and choose not to make an offer on your house.

Limit the choices a buyer has to make about your house.  Be sure everything is fixed, cleaned, painted and move in ready.

Give the buyer just one easy choice about your house. The choice to say YES to your house.
