Hi Keith and Robin, more people are starting to take the lead from the Western States that import water.  They deal with watering lawn and gardens and rain water has been a huge source for suppling the water used.  Some have gone to great lengths to create mini reservoirs.  Nice post.

We usually do not have issues with water...but have rain gauges and other methods to make sure we only use water as necessary.  Hope all has gone well on your bid process.
