Looking for an Open House in Auburn Today?

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

Wouldn't you just love to come home to the foothills of Sacramento and buy a home in Auburn? It's more affordable than you may think to own acreage and a custom home in Auburn. This new listing in Auburn came on the market on Friday, and it features almost 3,000 sq. ft of country charm coupled with modern and updated conveniences.

There is a barn for horses, of course, with four stalls, auto water bowls and 12 x 12 mats for each horse. Apparently there is no limit to the number of horses you can have on your ranch in Auburn. Check out all the photos and the details of this magnificent home in my personal blog today at this link: Shopping Homes in Auburn Open House Today on 5 Acres.

Wow at the inside!!  from the outside (while charming) I was not expecting that greatroom and kitchen.  Just wow.  And that seems like a great price for a home on 5 acres.

Put 40 years of experience to work for you

I love this property. It is also about a 15-mile ride away to where the Tevis Cup happens every year, that 100-mile horseback ride from Truckee up by Lake Tahoe toward Folsom Lake. Man, you've gotta have an iron-steel butt to do that.

That's a great property.  I hope that interested buyers were able to make it to the open house because I can't imagine this home would be on the market too long.
