Every year, people come from miles and miles away to take a close look at some of our special mountain homes/cabins/estates during our Annual Home Tour. And this year, our 41st will not disappoint.
As always, the Friday evening before the tour there will be a Gala from 6-9. This year, it will be held at
the European Chateau in Cedar Ridge Estates. (450 Cedar Ridge Street). Included is an authentic European bistro, wine and music. $100.00 (includes home tour)

And the fun begins!
- Lakefront Paradise: built in the 1950’s. This home is accessible from the Lake Arrowhead Village Docks by boat shuttle only, located in front of the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce Dockside, Suite E-100. 9:00 AM. to 1:00 PM, or 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Last boat shuttle departure is 4:00 p.m.
- Hidden Cabin; A cozy home from the 20’s.
- Contemporary Cottage; Built in the 30’s & only 700 square foot.
- Cottage in the Woods; Built in the 30’s
- Garden House: Built in 1920, 900 square feet, was built for use as a hunting lodge.
- By-Gone Era; This retreat was actually built in 1926
- The Rock House; Built in 1915 , never has the public viewed this slice of history
- Burnt Mill Cabin: this home has only had four owners over the past 78 years
Shuttles will be provided to transport you to the seven Crest Estates homes/Cabins (above) from the Lake Arrowhead Community Presbyterian Church parking lot located on 351 South State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead, California (See Map).
When you're finished with your tour, head over to the Home Tour Reception at the Lake Arrowhead Burnt Mill Beach Club from 12 PM to 5 PM for some wine and cheese and your souvenir wine glass.
Wear comfy shoes, boat-friendly footwear- no open toe shoes, high heels, flip flops or ballet slippers.
No children under 12 please.
