Susan, Congratulations on passing your exam. You made it, I know you are excited. I remember 10 years ago how excited I was. You definitely are starting out right by participating in the rain and being able to learn so much useful information all in one spot. Congratualtions again!
Congratulations on passing your test, Now you can go out get frustrated with the real estate market like most of us on AR.... Just kidding. Keep a positive attitude and you will do well...stay away from negative people because they will try to extinguish your flames.
Great. Now forget what you've been told. Expect to work you ass off, this includes last minute appointments. Be positive. Buyers are liars and sellers are worse. Yes, this can be true.
Great job on your recent success of passing the exam. Keep up that enthusiasm as you begin your real estate business. Your energy can be a great boost to your success.

Congratulations! I also wanted to be a Realtor from the time I was a teenager. I was reluctant to take the leap into 100% commission. When I became an adult I got a job that landed me in a great career and made a good amount of money. I still thought I would make an awesome realtor. Once I finally jumped in there hasn't been any regrets. It has been a bumpy eight years but I cannot imagine doing anything else.
I have a feeling you are a lifer just like me! Welcome to the world of real estate.
Susan good job, I know I may be able to help you with a few great ideas on how to muscle your way into some business. I have been known for drumming up business in my area. I will talk with you on the phone maybe and give you my best practices. Congratulations. Don't hesitate to call or email me with any questions.
Katerina: Thanks so much. I aspire to be even a fraction of the contribution that you are to this community and to the Real Estate profession. Thanks for all you do!
