Everything and everybody is bursting with sunshine and activity...oh the joy of spring! I love it!

Not only is the weather cooperating but the NH real estate market is as well. Everyone I talk to reports the same thing...It's busy in NH.  Real Estate most definitely is local!!

And in my local area buyers are out there looking and buying real estate and sellers are pricing their homes to get them sold.

Interest rates are excellent, flowers are blooming and if you listen carefully you can hear the birds chirping with happiness. Spring has definitely sprung in NH!

It's pretty in NH right now as mud season is behind us and hopefully we won't see any more snow until 2009...won't that be sweet!

Looking to buy or sell real estate in southern NH...don't hesitate as there are some excellent opportunities out there.

Happy Spring!

Really starting to pick up here in my area of PA as well.  Thank Goodness.  The phones are ringing like crazy.

I've got daffodils and tulips in bloom

My tomato plants were devoured by the local Deer.

My Basil froze last Tuesday night.

I'm starting all over next week.

Monika, YES I think Spring is here, it was in the 80's around here today.

You did a great job on your blog banner.  I might have to give you a call so you can tell me what I am doing wrong on mine.

Lenn...LOL at least your starting over next week! You usually have some very nice weather down there. I can't wait till it really gets warm here and stay warm.

George...Call us and leave a message on my cell and we'll call you back.  We're home tonight :)

Monika We are out of the mud season too.  Good thing too because here we have red mud and it stains bad.

Red mud? Yuck I bet that makes a real mess. I hate mud season But the only good thing about it is knowing that spring and summer is not far behind!

Monika after commenting on this blog I went out and by the time I got back and saw your response to my comment it was to late to call.  I will try call over the weekend or by the beginning of the week.  Thank you for offering to help :)

Hi Monika - spring is most definitely here!  I hear the birds all the time, robins all over the place, my tulips are about 4 inches tall now, and spring flowers in bloom everywhere I look.  YAY - I am SO ready for this spring for sure!!

I'm with Jay on the pic.....    ;-)

Maureen - Sounds like you are having a great spring.  I just love the fact I can be out in the garden and more buyers have entered the marketplace.

I like your new blog, one of the nicer ones I have seen.

I love the shades!  Boy am I glad it is spring!  I still see patches of snow here and there  -- I think it should be gone in a couple more days!  You think it is safe to plant some flowers?  (lol)
