I'm the Director of Marketing for a real estate investment consulting firm and do business outside of Massachusetts. However, I am in the process of getting my MA real estate license and would like to find an office where I can hang my license.
I will continue to work with my firm on properties outside of MA. I am interested in finding an independent broker who would consider receiving an annual fee or small commission for each transaction. I do not predict that I will have many closings over the next year.
Does anyone know someone who might consider my situation?
