Fall is my Favorite Time of Year
Summer is taking it's last sultry swings with temperatures in the 80's, but I don't mind. Friday evening is our annual Smore's night with neighborhood friends and next Saturday we will go to our first high school football game of the season.

This summer, I was touring condos and co-op's with clients.
We walked up 5 flights of stairs, in an un-air conditioned stairwell, to see a co-op unit. When we got to the door, we discovered we were in Building A-the co-op for sale was in Building B. By the time I made to to the 5th floor of Building B,
I looked and felt like I'd spent an hour in spin class
- Less competition for a home-it's frustrating to submit an offer and be one of 10 offers the Sellers are considering! That was the story for much of the spring and summer housing market.
