Are you worried about the impact of TRID on your business? I hope my blogs will relieve some of your anxiety. Note that the things people are most concerned about are highly unlikely.

In 15 years I have never had either of #2 or #3 occur. In over 3500 transactions I have only had the APR change by more than .125 a hand full of times. Fear not, this will not be as bad as some are predicting.

There are three categories of changes and only one of them has zero tolerance. One can change up to 10% and the other allows unlimited changes. I will cover those in my next blog.
