I Think You Could Tell I Was Nervous!

Well, I finished my very first Webinar! We had some technical glitches and those were smoothed out right before the meeting started.

I know I was nervous because I was talking TOOOOO fast!!!!!!

I have no problem with public speaking. I absolutely LOVE public speaking. But this was a little different because in a webinar I can not see you and feel your energy. When I speak to a group I can make eye contact with the different people in the group and I can feel the energy. I know if I am losing you or getting you interested.

In a Webinar I do not have those options. So it is hard to know with dead silence on the other end if I am getting my point across, if you are interested in what I have to say or if I am boring you to death. The good thing is that I do get to see who is on the webinar. When you call in, your name appears on the screen so I know you are logged into the Webinar.

I can also see when you are leaving the Webinar and that throws me off because I wonder if it is something I said or if you are SO bored that you left the Webinar!

I think Brian did an awesome job with the Foreclosure defense part of the Webinar. He is really helping a lot of our clients buying us time to complete short sales so our sellers do not lose their properties to Foreclosure judgments before we can close on their short sale.

Thank you so much for supporting me by being on my first webinar. I am going to do some more Webinars as practice makes perfect. Soon it will be like old hat to me.

Brian and I will do some more Webinars on short sales and foreclosure defense. I would also like to know if you would like me to do some on blogging, SEO and Real Estate coaching.

Katerina, I'm sure you did a wonderful job but I can see how it would be different from public speaking (which I do but can make ME nervous :) I'm glad you got the tech problems worked out.

Don't anybody listen to Katerina....she did a fine job. I can only imagine what it would be like to sit there and talk to a screen without seeing the faces you're addressing. I'd have a very hard time with that. I was there and it was a great quick informative webinar and like you said Katerina, I picked up some good info from Brian. Thanks again.

Don- Thanks! Just getting the hang of it!

Jennifer- Brian has done like 50 of these Webinars. Thank you for your compliment. I love to coach and speak but this was a little strange. Next time I won't have everyone mute their phones. I think even if I heard someone coughing that would have made it better for me. Thanks for joining our Webinar.

Scott- Yes, I felt it was good enough to do more. I am thinking of some ideas to work on for additional webinars. Sorry you could not make it;) Congrats on your new listing!

I am looking forward to doing some more short sale ones but also have fun with some Blogging for business ones. Thanks for joining the webinar. Brian is helping our clients right now and that is a great thing. I don't have to worry anymore about if the house will get foreclosed on in the middle of a short sale! That is worth alot!

Margaret- As I learn this technology I will be able to do a lot of coaching this way, I am excited about the possibilities.

Katerina, you must not have got my email asking for the log on instructions at shortsales@gmail.com ?

Anyway I don't think it is your fault a few others haven't got my emails either. I have a call in to Internet Crusade, not sure what the problem is. Hopefully, I can make the next one. This also makes me think Brian didn't get mine either as I found a place and didn't hear back.

Katerina the webinar was great and you did fine. I think I enjoyed you speaking more then brian though :) I think you should host more that outline your experience in markets and how you have found success. I think these always help inspire and motivate people.

Katerina- You did a great job. I logged off earlier cause the little one woke up crying. I couldn't tell this was your first!. Look forward to more of your webinars!!

Missy- Nope, did not get your email! I even checked at the beginning of the webinar, had google gmail open the entire time, no email from Missy! I will call Brian on Monday and tell him you found a place. His seminar is GOOD! We just went to his Foreclosure Defense seminar in Port St Lucie and we were VERY impressed! Moving that free line!

Heather- That sounds like a plan! Thanks SO much! I thought the other way around so you just made my day! I love to speak in from of groups but not seeing you all was a little difficult for me to get over. I will get used to it. I will just envision everyone sitting in front of me!

Katerina, I'm sorry something came up and I wasn't able to make it, next time I'll be the first one there. From the comments posted above, you did great! I am always willing to learn, if you do webinars on blogging and SEO, count me in. I'm a big fan of you blog, I have learned a lot from it. Thanks for your willingness to share.

Hi Katerina ~ I did not see it or even know about it. From what I have seen of you, I am sure that you did better than you feel you did. Next time will be all the better, no matter how well you did this time. Congratulations...

Katerina, I've come to the party late-but will wach for your next webinar! I do conference calls for my other business, and I know how you feel!!! When you can't see people, it is hard to read how things are coming off!
