hey Bill, this is really, really nice. You always do fantastic flyers----- that, OR every house in Hopkinton is wonderfully attractive :-)  Whenever I come across the phrase, "mature landscaping," I picture aging trees with furrowed eyes and wire-rimmed glasses, and wrinkles formed in the folds of the bark...all looking very wise and patient. I just know this house is going to catch someone's eye-- and approved finance letter--- f-a-s-t!
