Well maybe it is cause I dont have egg on my face! ha-ha...

I have gotten that comment numerous times recently after people found me from my websites (www.mattyogerst.com and www.wiREOhomes.com) that I looked different. Not a bad different, just different. Well I must admit that I did grow a goatee since then and usually I don't have a haircut every other week. (My pic was clean shaved and fresh haircut) I get the 'you look alot older' comment. What, did I look 18 in my other one?

Either way... I had a clean pic and hopefully people don't judge me based on my apparent age. (I am a ripe 25) Maybe I could edit my pic to make myself look like a grizzled 40-yr old veteran?

All of the other agents that I have been involved with have been good. I have gotten quite a few compliments from most regarding the smoothness of the transaction, the patience when something goes wrong, and the polite professional courtesy exuded. I have only run into one 'grizzled vet' who couldn't keep her emotions from interfering so far. i deal a lot with investors and creative structuring, and when people can't understand something that is different they just blame someone else.

If age doesn't matter as a buyer... it should all be about what you can bring to the table professionally.

Enjoy the looking young part.  It doesn't last forever.  You look professional in your photo, just like you should.

All that should matter is you do a good job.  I've worked with grizzled 40 year olds who had no idea what they were doing.
