Yesterday I took some "Out of Towners" to new homes under construction in Sorrento Valley at ANDO 23, and around North County San Diego who were looking at new/newer homes under 1 million. ANDO 23 is a odd and unusual strip of very contempoarary new homes being built in Sorrento Valley, direclty underneath PACIFIC RIDGE homes in Sorrento Valley. Pacific Ridge is your typical tract housing neighborhood that you would expect to find, HOWEVER, ANDO 23 definitnely is NOT. Prices are very reasonable for these Sorrento Valley New Homes For Sale, starting the the high 800's and going up to the high 900's. These homes are all about the VIEWS, low maintenance landscaping ( located on a hill, so there are no real back yares.. somhave but most do not).
