As an Atlanta Home Inspector, I am often searching and reading, of course this is in all of my spare time, different stuff and I ran across a blog by a fellow inspector that doesn't have many post to Active Rain Vince Santos  and his blog called Why bother?  but he just came back in April and posted the above.

Now this was some really good information as it was talking about bank owned properties and why so many folks think they don't need to get it professionally inspected.  In his blog he continues to tell the story of a client that did chose to go ahead and get it inspected and saved himself 18k. 

That is really making me push harder, or should I say sell harder the home inspection for even "the great deals" I think about the shape this customer would have been in had he not listened to Vince.
