Blogging Beverage: 60 Minute IPA by Dogfish Head
My blogger friend in Bristol, TN/VA Rob Thomas has encouraged us to change from our preferred dark beers since he loves IPA (India Pale Ale). We were having lunch at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA and Chef Dolores selected Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, from the Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, DE as our lunchtime beverage. This was an excellent selection and we recommend it to you.
Dogfish Tasting Notes: Really hoppy, citrusy, grassy
Food Pairing Recommendations: Spicy foods, pesto, grilled salmon, soy-based dishes, pizza, vintage cheddar
Glassware Recommendation: IPA glass
Wine Comparable: Busty Chardonnay
