Fellow Realtors and Friends,
I need to get a power attorney signed by a client that is in Asia. I have had a client close in Mexico before and no problem there but this is Asia. Also the US assemby told the client that it would be 3 weeks.
1. What other form of notary is there outside of the US that a title company will accept on power of Attorney.
2. What locations would you advise them to go to get this done.
