Ski season is just around the corner in Colorado!
If you have ever lived or visited a ski town, you know it is a big deal for locals, and if you have ever been skiing or snowboarding, you know why.
Thanks to a few native Coloradans in the Colorado Springs area, there is now a direct daily, and locally run round trip shuttle between the Springs and Breckenridge, CO. The owners of the company saw a need in the community and created Rocky Mountain Ride, offering locals and tourist a way to get to the mountains without the stress of driving the pass.

This super accommodating company will pick passengers up seven days a week at the park and ride lot where they can leave their car for free (up to 72 hours), at their hotel, or even their home upon special request. Drivers will load and unload ski and snowboard gear, so that all guest need to do is show up and enjoy the ride. Employees are knowledgeable about the area and can recommend places to eat, shop, or stay if you don't plan to come back the same day. The drive is roughly two hours each way, giving passengers time to catch up on sleep, study, work, or just take in the scenery.
The shuttle arrives in Breckenridge by 8:30am and leaves back for the Springs at 4:30pm. Ticket reservations are available for purchase online or by phone for round trip ($79), or one way ($49). Military and student IDs get riders a 10% discount, and group reservations of three or more will receive a 20% discount.
Be sure to visit their faq page for more details about the ride.
