With the popularity of one level living, light to no yard work and the ease of coming and going continuing to be in high demand I thought it would be a good time to talk about patio homes in Colorado Springs and specifically El Paso County area. With some on golf courses, some not, some bigger communities and others much small there is room for all.
For the month of August 2015 there are 89 total patio homes noted. Of those:
- 61 are active listings with an average list price of $333,950 and 112 days on market.
- 14 is under contract waiting short sale approval listed at $367,064 and 117 days on market.
- 2 are pending with a list price of $305,862 and 298 days on the market.
- 12 are sold with a sales price average of $354,728 and 822 days on the market.
The active patio home listings are nicely spread out across the county with 7 in Briargate, 22 East, 2 in Falcon, 1 Northeast, 1 Northwest, 5 in Northgate, 14 in Old Colorado City, 4 in Southwest, 1 in Tri-Lakes and 4 West.
